1. Follow a Sustainable Diet Plan 

A diet plan should be a long-term solution, not a quick-fix program that could result in headaches, dehydration, fatigue, stress and sudden mood changes, and digestive complications. Rather than following a very restrictive diet plan that will force you to eat two meals per day, you could try eating more healthy food while ramping up your physical activities. You can consult the expertise of a dietician or nutritionist, who will craft a diet plan that you can sustain for a long time. 

2. Find Exercises That Suit Your Interests 

There’s no getting around it — you have to commit to a regular exercise routine to live a healthier lifestyle. 4. Drink More Water 

Drinking a few extra ounces of water is not a difficult healthy resolution to maintain. Some people forget that water could come in handy in losing weight, as it is a hundred percent free of calories and could act as a natural appetite suppressant. 

5. Take Days Off 

Commitment is important, but you can’t fully commit if your body can’t take the beating anymore. It’s okay to take a break from the grind and have a much-deserved vacation. Just limit the number of days you take off. Also, schedule at least one day off a week to allow your body time to heal.  

6. Go for Nutritious Shakes and Supplements
